Applications on industrial land have to be made by using application form that can be obtained from Property (Industry) Division. Click here for Land Application Form

Applicants are required to complete the As-PAT form for evaluation purposes.

All application need to be submitted together with the following documents: -
(i) M&A (true certified by the company secretary)
(ii) Form 24, 44 & 49 under Company Act 1965
(iii)Flow chart of company manufacturing process
(iv)Company registration (private or shared)

Only completed forms will be entertained and processed |
